Times like this require a powerful meditation practice to help us rise above despair and fear. Yoga nidra is one of the most powerful the yoga tradition has to offer because it works simultaneously to stabilize the physical body, the mind and the emotional center.

In this workshop you’ll learn a simple outline for yoga nidra that you can use to practice on your own or guide others in the practice. We’ll also explain the importance of having an intention and help you decide what intention would best serve you for the next 6 months.
